First hario switch brew

Using 20 gms of verve coffee (aster blend)

Bloom with 50 gms of water and valve open, then 100 gms more while open

(Today had long break due to need to boil more water)

Note i sampled a bit and it was a bit fruity and sour

Close valve and add 150 gms and steep for 2 minutes immersion

Draw down took 40 seconds

There is more mouthfeel to this.. probably due to more oils from immersion. A more Complex cup.

Now for my second cup before work i will use this

Note 250 ml is about the limit of the funnel

Interesting but less complex cup

Less acidic. Note less coffee was used
