80/20 Running
I am liking the concept of 80/20 running. 80% of the runs are easy runs at below ventilatory threshold. The other 20% could be high intensity or speed work. The pace at which you could carry on a conversation which may be around 30 seconds slower per mile than race times. Apparently most professional runners…
